When you become a member of the club you will receive a free suit as part of our start-up package.
- Pay As You Go
There is no pressure to pay by Direct Debit or in advance. Just come along before each class and pay for what you use.

- Come along to Lornshill Academy. See our timetable for start times
- Wear a t-shirt & loose fitting trousers.
- Enjoy getting fit while learning an effective form of self defence.
