Class Timetable

All classes will be run in compliance with Scottish Government (via SportScotland) Covid guidance. To ensure the health and wellbeing of everyone in attendance classes will require booking in advance to limit numbers and all participants must follow our Covid Safety protocols, which will be sent when a session is booked.

• 5:00pm – Karate Kids (4-11yrs)
• 6:00pm – Kumite Class (+ all over 11)

@ Bridge of Allan (Church Hall)

• 4:45pm – Karate Kids (4-11yrs)

@ ST Ninians (Church Hall)

• 6:30pm – Karate Kids (4-11yrs)
• 7:30pm – Brown & Black Belt Kids (under 11yrs)

@ Alloa (Lornshill Academy)

• 6:30pm – All Ages, All Grades.

Sunday
